Profile:

Kofi Mensah Sebuabe is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the water industry. He has a lot of experience with both urban and rural water supply services on national and international projects sponsored by donors (such as the World Bank, DANIDA, EU, UNICEF, UNHCR and JICA). He also has an in-depth expertise in contract management (pre-contract and post-contract), general project management and procurement management. He is computer literate in the windows environment and is versatile in the use and application of computer software for water designs (LOOP, WATNET, EPANET, CAD, GIS etc.).
